Service Description
Individualised nutrition advice from pre-conception to pregnancy and postpartum, supporting maternal health and baby’s development. Approach: I offer health-focused, weight-inclusive support that goes beyond numbers or restriction. My approach centres on the quality of eating and your relationship with food and body. Individualised supplement recommendations may be included where necessary. I provide guidance for: - Pre-conception: Preparing your body for pregnancy and postpartum. - Pregnancy: Meeting increased nutrient needs and managing common challenges. - Postpartum: Supporting recovery, energy, and nourishment in the early months; including when food restrictions are needed due to baby allergies during lactation. I don’t provide prescriptive meal plans or calorie-based portion sizes. Instead, I guide you toward flexible, sustainable ways of eating that support your health, honour your body’s cues, and fit your lifestyle. If you’re looking for a rigid prescription of “how much to eat” or a weight-focused approach, my approach may not be the best match. With experience in eating behaviour, I offer compassionate care for anyone navigating food and body image concerns during this life stage.
Payment Policies
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. There are no cancellation or rescheduling fees if notice is provided in advance. After that, there is an administration fee (£10) for cancellations.
